For 2020 we’ve developed a brand new training program and packages to give our players the best possible opportunity to accelerate their player development. We’ve complied the best resources including a video evaluation of each players techniques, a speed training program, nutrition/sleep/recovery education packages and so much more!

Gold – U8-U18 – (Elite & Advanced players)
Twice per week
(1) 1 on 1 ($35 per session)
(1) Sunday afternoon/evening – small group ($15 per session)

Silver – U8-U18 (community, advanced & elite players)
Once per week
(1) 1 on 1 ($40 per session)
Cost – $320

Small Groups Times - Fall Season 2020

Player have two options for when signing up for small group training;

1) Book sessions with teammates or friends (up to 6 players)

2) Join a weekly small group based on your current level of play. All players are evaluated in a 1 on 1 session before being placed in the appropriate group. Fall 2020 Groups;

12:45-1:45pm – Level TBD
2:00-3:00pm – Level TBD
3:15-4:15pm – Level TBD
4:30-5:30pm – Level TBD
5:45-6:45pm – Level TBD
