For 2020 we’ve developed a brand new training program and packages to give our players the best possible opportunity to accelerate their player development. We’ve complied the best resources including a video evaluation of each players techniques, a speed training program, nutrition/sleep/recovery education packages and so much more!

For Summer 2020 we’ve created three levels of packages;
Gold – One 1 on 1 & One Small Group Session per week
Silver – One Small Group or 1 on 1 Session per week
Bronze – Book sessions at your convenience. Booking schedule coming July 17th!

1 on 1
Available Weekly Sessions Times for Gold & Silver Packages (1 on 1) After purchasing your package you’ll have the ability to book your sessions in the members section (Coming July 17th)

10:45am – 11:45am
2:30 – 3:30pm
5:45pm – 6:45pm
2:00 – 3:00pm
1 on 1 sessions are the most efficient way to improve at an accelerated rate. The average players gets between 2000-3000 touches in a 1 on 1 session. During a team session the average players gets 200-400 touches per session.
Player have two options for when signing up for small group training;
1) Book sessions with teammates or friends (up to 6 players)
2) Join a weekly small group based on your current level of play. All players are evaluated in a 1 on 1 session before being placed in the appropriate group. Summer 2020 Groups;
U10 Advanced – Thursday 2:30 – 3:30pm
U12 Advanced – Monday 2:30 – 3:30pm
U12 Elite – Wednesday – 5:00 – 6:00pm
U15 Advanced – Thursday – 3:45 – 4:45pm
U15 Elite – Sunday 5:45 – 6:45pm
U18 Advanced – Sunday 3:15 – 4:15pm
University Prep Group #1 – Sunday 4:30 – 5:30pm
University Prep Group #2 – Sunday 7:00 – 8:00pm
